Exchange Policy

 

At Luxn, we are committed to delivering premium-quality jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Policy (3 Days)

  • We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are processed in the form of Store Credit only.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

2. Return Charges

  • A ₹80 fee is applicable for return and reverse logistics.
  • This charge is applicable once per entire order, not per product.

3. Missing / Damaged Product

  • In case of missing or damaged items, you must report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged.
  • No refunds will be issued for damaged items.

4. International Returns

  • Currently, free return shipping is not available for international orders.

5. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in brand-new condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Product must be free from damage, stains, or scratches
  • All embellishments and detailing must be in proper condition

6. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Request is made after 3 days
  • Any item or component from the package is missing
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Product has been used or opened (unless received damaged)
  • Items purchased with free gifts are returned without the gift
  • Individual items from combos or promotional sets are returned separately
  • Sale items or products purchased using store credit are returned
  • Return request was not initiated before sending the product

Luxn reserves the right to deny returns if the above conditions are not met.


7. Return Process

  • Share:
    • Order Number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours
  • Once approved, the product will be picked up by our logistics partner

8. Exchange Policy (3 Days)

  • Exchanges are valid within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A ₹80 exchange fee will be charged
  • For exchange requests, contact us on WhatsApp

9. Store Credit Usage

  • Store Credit can be used during checkout
  • Simply select the option to apply it
  • The amount will be automatically deducted

Note: Luxn Store Credit never expires


10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • For prepaid orders:
    • Cancellation (before shipping) will be processed as Store Credit only
    • No bank refunds will be provided
